Ok, this is getting a little crazy.  I am not really sure what the problem is, but my sweet Ridgie Girl is out of freakin’ control with the potties in the wee hours of the morning.  Now, if she was just waking me up at 430am or 5am, that would be no problem.  However, the last two nights she’s gotten up at 130am and 230am respectively.  Just to pee.  I don’t get it.  It wasn’t like she hadn’t peed at 10-1030pm before we went to bed.  How is it that a 70lb moose can’t hold it for more than 3-4 hours, when The Littles, at an average of 14lbs, can hold it for 8????  I don’t get it.  I do believe that there’s a vet visit in our future.  Dammit anyway!  This is NOT the way to begin a healthy new year!!!

On the flip side, because she can’t be trusted with free reign of the house, we crate her at night.  So, when she gets up at wonky hours, I stay downstairs with her and go back to sleep so as not to disrupt the weekend sleep of The Husband.  Consequently, The Moose and I get some extra cuddle time, and that’s not all bad.

MAAAAAAYBE she’s just playin’  me with this wee hour pee thing!!!  MAAAAAAAAYBE it’s her way of telling me that she really wants to sleep on the bed.  Hmmmmm…  Sneaky Big Sister!!!

Whatever her issue is, she’s outside right this very minute decimating my Cannas.  Which, by the way, is her new favorite pastime.

NOTE TO SELF:  Must, must, must redo the flower bed as soooooooon as humanly possible!!!
