Aloha!  Mahalo for visiting my blog.

My name is Kristy.  I am VERY happily married to Chip.  We live in gorgeous Hawaii, because the Army sent us here, and I can’t imagine ever living anywhere else.  (Yes, I know, I suck…  I get that a lot!)

We have 3 cats (Cleo, Cashew & Howie), 3 Italian Greyhounds (Dante, Vinnie & Izzie), and one Rhodesian Ridgeback (Mia).

I originally put this blog together when Chip was in Iraq during 2007.  Somehow I let all of 2008 slip by without a single post, and because today is the first day of 2009, I’ve decided to get it going again.  Mostly I will be using this blog for my own use to keep a journal of sorts about my Fibromyalgia.  Don’t be discouraged from reading though, I have plenty of other things going on that I will be blogging about too.  I’ve even been told that I’m funny, so maybe I’ll make you laugh a little.

The story behind “The High Priestess of The Land of You Suck.”  Well, it all began when I met some friends on an Italian Greyhound forum.  Apparently, I suck because I live in Hawaii, and they are scattered all across the Mainland.  I can fully understand their feelings, of course, having grown up in Cleveland, OH and all.  So, there are no hard feelings!  Instead, I’ve chosen to make fun of it myself!  Thus, I am The High Preistess of The Land of You Suck!!!  And, that’s that!
